Overview

This group covers large and small electrical appliances used in homes and small businesses. Refrigerators and freezers, washing machines and dishwashers, electric ovens, hobs and heaters, kettles and hair dryers, food processors, blenders and mixers, televisions, radios and sound reproducing equipment are supplied on request. Main buyers are electronics and home appliance retailers, importers, distributors, suppliers to hotel and residential projects, and corporate purchasing departments.

For each order, capacity, energy class, voltage and frequency, plug type, manual language and, for televisions, the broadcast standard are defined according to the buyer's country. Technical data sheets, energy labels and conformity documents are requested from the manufacturer. Before loading, model and serial numbers and packaging integrity are checked, and operational tests are performed on samples. For bulky products, a container loading plan is prepared. The goods are shipped from the country of manufacture to the buyer's country without entering Türkiye, while payments and documents are managed from Istanbul.

What we check before loading

• Electrical compatibility

  We verify that voltage, frequency, plug type and, for televisions, broadcast standards such as DVB-T2 are compatible with the buyer country's power grid and broadcasting system.

• Energy and performance

  We compare energy class, annual consumption, capacity and noise values with the energy label, technical data sheet and the values required by the buyer.

• Safety documents

  We check the validity of IEC 60335 or IEC 62368 test reports, the CE declaration and other conformity documents required by the buyer's country.

• Operational test and packaging

  Before loading, we run sample units and check model and serial numbers, accessories, manual language and carton integrity.

Codes are for guidance only. Final classification is made for each shipment based on the product's technical specifications and the tariff schedule of the country concerned.
