Overview

This group covers crawler and wheeled excavators, dozers, graders, wheel loaders, tower and mobile cranes, forklifts, and stone crushing, screening and concrete batching equipment. We also supply buckets, track chains, hydraulic cylinders, transmissions and other spare parts for these machines as separate items. These products are typically requested by construction and infrastructure contractors, mining and quarry operators, ready-mix concrete producers, port and warehouse operators, construction machinery distributors and rental companies.

When a request comes in, we first match values such as capacity, operating weight, engine power, bucket volume, lifting height and emission class against the buyer's specification. Once a suitable manufacturer or stockist is identified, serial number, operating hours and function checks are carried out on new or used machines before loading. The machine is shipped directly from the supplying country to the buyer's country by Ro-Ro vessel, flat rack or open-top container; where required, it is transferred under customs supervision via a free zone or bonded warehouse.

What we check before loading

• Technical specification matching

  Operating weight, engine power, capacity and attachment details are compared with the buyer's specification, and any differences are reported in writing before shipment.

• Serial number and operating hours

  Chassis and engine serial numbers, year of manufacture and, for used machines, operating hours are recorded with photographs and matched against the documents.

• Function test

  Engine, hydraulic system, brakes, travel and lifting functions are checked by running the machine before loading; an independent survey is carried out on request.

• Lashing and loading

  Lashing of the machine on the vessel or in the container, separate crating of dismantled parts and the moment of loading are documented with photographs and records.
